Birthday Parties

Looking for a place to celebrate a big birthday with the whole crowd? It’s something we do well at Redcoats. From a “no host” gathering for twenty people to a hosted dinner party for fifty guests in a private space we can help.

Hosted Lunch or Dinner

We help you plan a one to four course meal based on your preferences and budget using selections from our regular menu. You may prefer to preorder appetizers or small salads for the group but it is not necessary to preorder meals. We print individual menus without prices and your guests choose an entrée. Charges will reflect exactly what is ordered and consumed, plus tax and 18% gratuity..

Fixed Price Lunch or Dinner

In some circumstances it may be more convenient if the total cost per person is predetermined and fixed. Everything will be the same as described above except the charges. Charges will reflect the predetermined price per person regardless of whether everyone wanted a soda or salad etc. Prices start at $19 per person including tax and tip.

Rehearsal Dinners

We know how important it is to enjoy a happy and relaxed evening with both sides of the family before the big day. We work within your budget to create a delightful and stress free rehearsal dinner party.

Baby Showers

For a charming and inexpensive daytime event we recommend the light lunch menu and a reservation in the courtyard or lounge.

Redcoats is chosen year after year by Pleasanton and Dublin High alumni as the place to host a milestone reunion. Our packages offer great value and our relaxed atmosphere ensures your event is a blast! We’re easy to work. Give us a call.

Alcoholic Beverages

We have a full bar and can offer everything from specialty ales to cocktails, champagne or premium wines. Charges will be based on consumption but we can help you control costs by limiting selections, serving wine by the bottle and beer by the pitcher. Here are some options regarding alcohol.

Option One: Serve white and red wine of your choice by the bottle plus pitchers of beer. Our staff will open and serve only what is needed. You may limit service by time or cost if you wish.

Option Two: We offer your guests the choice of a glass of beer, wine or a cocktail. You may limit service to one or two drinks. This option can be incorporated into a fixed price per person menu.

Option Three: You host an open bar, limited by time or cost if you wish.

Option Four: Guests order and pay for their own alcoholic beverages.
